How can I book a room at the Altstadthotel Arte?
You can either book a room directly with us, send a reservation request or book by telephone.
When can I check in at the hotel?

When do I have to check out?
Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.! For a late check-out, which can be booked for an additional charge, please contact our staff.
Is there parking at the hotel?
We have an in-house underground car park with 26 parking spaces, which can be used for a fee of €15 per night, subject to availability. Advance booking is not necessary. Alternatively, there are several multi-storey car parks and parking spaces in Fulda city centre. We will be happy to provide you with information on where to find them.
Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer charging stations in the hotel’s underground car park, but we will be happy to provide you with information about the nearest charging stations.
Is there a way to charge the e-bike?
Our underground car park has parking spaces for bicycles and charging facilities for e-bikes!
Can my dog come along?
Your four-legged friend is of course very welcome at our hotel! We charge a supplement of €15.00 per night per dog.
Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in our hotel.
What payment options are available?
We currently accept debit cards, credit cards and cash payments at our establishment.
Are there accessible rooms?
Yes, our hotel offers accessible rooms. Please enquire with our hotel staff: empfang@altstadthotel-arte.de
Are the prices per room or per person?
Our prices are per room/per night. However, the booking form displays the price for the respective request period (for example, the total price for the room for two nights).
Can I change/cancel my booking? Will this incur any costs?
Bookings made externally via portals (e.g. booking.com, Expedia, HRS, etc.) must unfortunately be changed/cancelled via the same provider.
Bookings made directly through us can be changed or cancelled by telephone or email.
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. (local time at the hotel) on the day of arrival. To guarantee your booking after 6 p.m., please send us your credit card details or written confirmation of payment.
Is it true that my room card must not be near my mobile phone?
Yes, that’s right! Please make sure that the room card is not in close proximity to your mobile phone, as otherwise the room card will lose its allocation and you will no longer be able to open the room. The same applies to magnets of any kind. So please be careful!
If this should happen to you, simply request a new card at reception.
When is breakfast served at the hotel?
Breakfast is served: Mon–Fri from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sat from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Sun & public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hohmanns Brauhaus.
